My team won first place in the Advanced Capture the Flag (CTF). A CTF is a cybersecurity competition where participants solve security challenges to find hidden "flags," which are typically text strings or files.

EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES

Project FinConnect is a new student connection platform that can enhance the student experience by providing a safe, convenient, and engaging platform where NSU students can connect, collaborate, and thrive together. Built by students, for students, FinConnect embodies the spirit of our shark community. This is done by letting students engage in discussions, find great deals on campus essentials, or coordinate rides with fellow sharks. My role as Security Owner is to:

• Oversee authentication mechanisms, access control, and identity management.
• Ensure data privacy, ethical use, and compliance with security best practices.
• Moderate platforms, review risks, and respond to security-related concerns.

Participated in various technology-focused events, including the South FL Tech-Hub Hackathon 2024, NCL Fall 2024. Attended conferences with professionals in the IT field. Served as vice president from 08/2025 to 05/2026; currently an active member.

Weekly social club focused on video games and trivia.
